Bud Stefanko – Member/President
Allen “Bud” Stefanko is a co-founder and member of Trademark Properties of Michigan, LLC.
Bud graduated from the University of Detroit in 1963 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Bud was employed at Detroit-based Press Automation Systems. Here, he worked designing parts stamping equipment for the automotive industry.
Bud later worked at Hoover Design Engineering for several years before becoming a contracted independent engineer. He worked for several General Motors Corporation subcontractors for the balance of his career.
Bud has engaged in a variety of successful business opportunities and investments over the years. Bud co-founded Suburban Sports Center, a retail sporting goods company in 1970. After 20 years, Bud sold his share of the Southfield, Michigan-based company to his partner.
Bud retired in 2004 from his work in engineering, but he has remained an active real estate investor and business consultant. He was instrumental in the launch of Trademark Properties of Michigan, LLC. Bud grew up in Southfield, Michigan and now divides his time each year between residences in Phoenix, Arizona and Northville, Michigan.
