Brad Stefanko – Managing Member/Broker
Brad Stefanko is a co-founder and managing member of Trademark Properties of Michigan, LLC. Brad graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Brad’s plan was to pursue a career in real estate lending. He started out as a new loan officer, then later as a sales and lending office manager at Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation.
In 2002, Brad became a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®). He opened his own mortgage office franchise. Brad was consistently ranked top producing originator. He was proud to manage a highly motivated, dedicated team.
In February 2006, Brad co-created a radio talk show called, “The Mortgage Marshals.” The show aired on WDTW-1310 AM in Detroit until 2007. It covered a wide range of topics concerning financing, real estate, investments, and other interests.
Brad’s guests included the bestselling author of “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor,” Dave Jenks. He also interviewed tax expert Bill Bork. Others stars included Richard Davis—star of A&E’s hit TV show, “Flip This House.”
Brad founded Trademark Properties of Michigan, LLC in 2006. He assembled a skilled team of attorneys, realtors, contractors, and title professionals. Together, they utilized a unique formula for matching investors with the most lucrative real estate opportunities.
Brad grew up in Commerce Township and now resides in Northville. Brad is an avid scuba diver and travels extensively in pursuit of new adventures.
